Entrepreneurship Certificate Program
Edward Waters College is collaborating with the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer a free Entrepreneurship Certificate this fall semester through the College’s Business Administration Program. The seven week program will be meet once a week Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. beginning on September 16th. The Entrepreneurship Certificate program is open to the public and EWC students.
This program provides participants with a complete overview of the business skills needed to develop a full, applicable knowledge base of the start-up and business operations process. Applicants who enroll in the program will gain valuable insight into developing business and marketing plans; attracting funding; securing state certification and licenses; hiring and managing personnel; and understanding accounting, budgeting and taxes. Entrepreneurship certificates will be awarded to individuals who successfully complete all seven sessions.
