 Creating a better and more prosperous community for all people starts with creating greater opportunities for college education. Jacksonville’s educational and civic leaders have joined together to create a college scholarship fund for qualified students in the Jacksonville Electric Authority's (JEA) service area and is open to students enrolling at Edward Waters College and three other area institutions. The fund is entitled the Prosperity Scholarship Fund. The deadline for Fall 2006 scholarships is July 15, 2006.
