Receptionist/Office Clerk

The Receptionist/Office Clerk provides support to the President by answering the telephones and maintaining a telephone message log.  The receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional decorum in the reception area at all times, including keeping the reception area clean.  The successful candidate will be expected to properly acknowledge all guests.  Secondary duties include typing letters/memorandums and reports as needed, and opening and distributing mail.  The successful candidate must have professional communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a pleasant demeanor.  Candidate must also have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
The successful candidate must possess, at a minimum, an associate’s degree or equivalent.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and at least five years of work experience is required.
