Director of Developmental Education (FAME)

The Director of Developmental Education is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the FAME (Focused Academics Motivating Excellence) Program to meet the identified needs of Academic Enrichment/ Probation students.  This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs.

The successful candidate must possess, at a minimum, a master's degree in guidance and counseling, education or related field.  A doctorate is preferred. Candidate also must have significant budgeting expertise, as well as experience in grant proposal writing.  Candidate must be adept at designing and evaluating program services in order to meet program objectives.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
