Director of Upward Bound
Edward Waters College is seeking applicants for a Director to provide leadership for the Upward Bound Program.  This is a 12 month position providing leadership for the college’s Upward Bound Program. The Director is responsible for the development and administration of the program, including hiring, training, supervising and evaluating project staff, fiscal management, project development and management, student recruitment, and liaison to the target area communities. In addition, the Director is responsible for providing direct services to Upward Bound participants. The Director is required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.  Minimum requirements include the Master’s Degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; 3-5 years experience working with disadvantaged youth in an educational or social services environment.   Back to Job Listing
